Job Title: 3D Digital Sportswear Specialist (Full-Time Remote)Salary: ₹60,000 INR / monthWork Type: Full-Time · Flexible · India OnlyEnvironment: Calm · Supportive · UnderstandingAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled 3D Digital Sportswear Specialist to develop high-quality digital apparel for our sportswear catalog.The primary workload will involve creating standard base 3D designs for catalog use. Additionally, you will be required to produce occasional high-realistic, creative, or photorealistic renders when needed. Your expertise will also be essential in preparing complete Tech Packs/ Tech Kits based on the 3D garments.The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently and effectively within a calm, respectful, and supportive workflow.ResponsibilitiesCreate accurate base 3D garments (jerseys, shorts, tracksuits, training gear).Develop Tech Packs/Tech Kits including patterns, measurements, seams, trims, and details.Produce simple, clean catalog renders for daily tasks.Produce high-realistic or creative renders when needed.Ensure proper UV mapping, textures, pattern structure, and stitching accuracy.Required Software SkillsThe following skills are mandatory for this role:CLO 3D or Marvelous Designer – garment construction, patterns, simulation, and Tech Pack export.Photoshop – catalog edits, colorways, and presentation.Blender or 3ds Max – basic rendering and scene setup.Substance Painter – fabric textures and PBR materials.Plus Skills (Bonus Not Mandatory)Having these skills will increase your chances but are not required:Substance Designer – custom fabric creation.KeyShot or V-Ray – advanced photorealistic rendering.Illustrator – flat sketches/vector technical drawings.ZBrush – advanced fold sculpting and mesh detailing.Lighting & HDRI experience – premium renders.RequirementsHigh creativity and attention to detail.Ability to meet deadlines and deliver clean files.No degree is required.No previous job experience is required (portfolio is what matters).Basic English communication is preferred.Portfolio is required (3D apparel, base garments, Tech Packs, renders).What We Offer₹60,000 INR monthly salary.Remote full-time contract.Flexible working style.Calm, understanding, supportive environment.Fast bonuses, financial incentives, and promotions after product launch.Long-term growth and stable opportunity.
