Job Requirements:

Should have experience in Green Field Integrated Steel Plant project of > .0 MTPA right from Concept to Commissioning.
Candidate to be involved in complete life cycle of the project.
Candidate must have strong ability in Construction, Cost Management, Planning and Execution in steel plant.
Hands on experience in project execution of large capacity civil structures.
Experience in sub-contractor and vendor selection, including technical evaluation and comparison, defining and ensuring scope of work, preparing technical recommendations and Detailed Project Reports (DPR), and conducting manufacturer selection and analysis.
Experience of handling/managing large scale cross-functional/inter dept projects in integrated steel plant complex.
Strong on ground experience of project execution.
Proven experience in civil and structural construction specifically within steel plant projects.
Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards throughout the detailing process.

Role and Responsibilities:

Oversee the execution of civil and structural works for the integrated steel plant project.
Identify and mitigate risks on site.
Manage and administer projects according to contract specifications, budget, resources, and schedules.
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including scope, budget estimation, and risk mitigation.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
Enforce strict safety standards and procedures on construction sites. Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement efficient methods and strategies.
Ensure timely completion of projects by monitoring construction programs and progress.
Identify and address bottlenecks to ensure smooth project execution.
Facilitate seamless communication among all stakeholders.
Building a best team to execution of projects.
