Job Title: Human Resource Business PartnerAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. Your primary focus will be on providing strategic HR support to various stakeholders across the organization.You will act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on employment law, policies, and procedures.Responsibilities include managing employee relations, conducting performance appraisals, and driving employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to implement company-wide strategies and programs that enhance overall organizational performance.Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations: Manage employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Labor Laws and Policies: Ensure strict compliance with all labor laws and organizational policies.Discipline Policy and Code of Conduct: Implement and enforce the Discipline Policy and Code of Conduct across the organization.Requirements:Maintaining an attrition rate of 5% or below through effective engagement and retention strategies.Driving Employee Engagement Initiatives: Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and motivation.Performance Appraisals: Coordinate and conduct regular performance appraisals to ensure employees are meeting their goals and objectives.
