In person drive location: Tata consultancy Services, TCS Synergy park, Indian Immunologicals Colony, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032

• Strong Understanding of authenticating technologies such as SAML, OAuth/OIDC and working Knowledge of Ping Federate Policy server, Products/Concepts.
• Good understanding of access management federated identity, 2-factor solutions, and LDAP Directories. Experience in using UNIX/LINUX utilities for analyzing Logs in trouble shooting the applications with Clients.
• Experience in onboarding and upgrading in Ping Federate and Ping Access.
• Experience in implementing/Support the Ping Federate across different Environments. Experience in monitoring technologies (Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace) and ability to design Dashboards aggregated queries and alerts
• Ability to work Independently as well as a part of team.
• Support 24x7.
• Strong ITIL Skills on Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management
