It requires adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization.Job Role:- Language InterpreterDomain - Customer Support & OperationsLocation:- Permanent Work From HomeShifts:- First 3 months Night Shift (US &UK), After that rotational including day shift.Work days:- 5 days a weekWeek offs:- 2 Rotational week offsRequirements include being highly proficient in multiple languages with good understanding skills, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work in rotational shifts including night shift.A flexible and energetic individual with positive approach towards issues handling is ideal for this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for listening and interpreting communication between speakers with different linguistic backgrounds.Interview rounds include HR interview, AMCAT Test, Language Proficiency Test, and Client Round (Final Virtual Interview).
