Job Title: Academic Counsellor (Closure Specialist)RoleMake 100–120 warm calls/day to identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.Daily: 5 prospects, each with 20–25 min calls for virtual meetings with decision-makers.Follow-ups via email & system generated calls, CRM updates & team coordination.Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions.Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience.Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.Benefits:A competitive stipend of 8 K.The opportunity to work on a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of the organization.Working Details:Timing - 3 pm- 8 pm.Working Days - Mon to Fri.
