Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Engineer with expertise in hydraulics for water and waste water projects.Review and assess design assignment requirements to ensure high-quality deliverables.Plan assignments within time limits, ensuring quality and client satisfaction through effective project management.Communicate with clients and manage responses for work assignments, maintaining open lines of communication.Lead teams and guide them on design assignment requirements, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.Develop teams and enhance working culture by fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.Study field survey information to achieve design objectives, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.Prepare hydraulic designs using relevant software or as per design requirements, adhering to industry standards and best practices.Get approval on design assignments from relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Ensure project targets are met related to design assignments, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness.Maintain accurate records and documents in required formats, facilitating seamless project execution.Coordinate with multi-disciplinary agencies to meet targets on time, leveraging collaborative partnerships to drive success.Review engineering drawings prior to submission, guaranteeing precision and attention to detail.Maintain proper discipline and punctuality during employment tenure, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.Establish effective communication and periodically report issues requiring decisions from clients/project teams, fostering transparency and trust.Candidates with strong fundamentals and sound technical experience will be given priority. A master's degree in water resources engineering is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience and annual gross salary ranging from Rs 6.00 to 12.00 lac per annum depending on experience and capabilities.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.Experience with hydraulic design software and tools.Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
