Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Ambassador to join our team. As a key player in driving revenue growth and building strong partnerships, you will be responsible for conducting outbound lead generation, engaging with retailers of varying sizes, and developing innovative strategies to establish partnerships that drive sales growth.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, particularly in retail technology, and a proven track record of successfully engaging with the EU and US markets. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Additionally, you should have experience selling tech products to large enterprise businesses, as well as proficiency in CRM software.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Develop and execute calling and lead-generation campaigns to create new business opportunities.Outreach: Engage with retailers across the UK and US markets to develop innovative strategies that drive revenue and sales growth.Account Support: Assist the Senior Sales team with opening new accounts with major retailers, completing supplier setup forms, and maintaining our CRM system.Market Research: Perform in-depth research to identify and approach the right contacts using LinkedIn and other channels.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in inside sales, specifically within the retail technology sector.At least 2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Sales Executive, or similar role, with proven outreach success in the US markets.BenefitsThis is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing sales team and work closely with senior members to drive revenue and build strong partnerships.
