We are seeking a highly skilled Prompt Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing and maintaining structured prompts for large language models.About the Role:This is a unique opportunity for an innovative and talented prompt engineer to develop, design, and maintain structured prompts, utilizing Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI. As a prompt engineering specialist, you will be responsible for implementing dialogue management strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting research on embeddings and context retrieval techniques, designing error recovery strategies, monitoring performance, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop structured prompts for large language models.Utilize Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI to implement dialogue management strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of prompt engineering solutions.Conduct research on embeddings and context retrieval techniques to improve prompt effectiveness.Design and implement error recovery strategies to minimize errors and maximize user satisfaction.Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize prompt engineering solutions.Requirements:Proven experience in prompt engineering and conversation design for large language models.Proficiency in Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI.Familiarity with Semantic Kernel.Strong knowledge of Azure AI Search, embeddings, and context retrieval.Experience with prompt evaluation methods and quality scoring techniques.Basic proficiency in Python for scripting and automation tasks.Understanding of dialogue management, context grounding, and error recovery strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.3-5 years of hands-on experience in prompt engineering, conversational AI, or related fields.Why Join Us:This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
