We're working on exciting new products that will change the banking industry.If you love innovation, thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy challenges, and hate bureaucracy, read on to learn more about this opportunity.About the roleThe product engineering team owns the software, infrastructure, and customer experience that enables over 85,000 Australian businesses to accept payments and access financial services.You'll be a key member of our team, shaping and delivering excellent service delivery.What you'll doDeliver projects that improve service delivery for our Application Support team.Be a senior member of a small team, but still involved in hands-on service delivery.Be a primary point of contact for escalated product issues from account and customer success teams.Own and orchestrate the triage, investigation, and resolution of complex technical issues.Be an expert in the products and workflows you support and share that knowledge with partner teams.Use your technical expertise to participate in application monitoring using logs, data stores, internal tools, and dashboards.Be part of our incident response team, responding to alerts and bearing some on-call responsibilities.RequirementsExperience in software companies with customer-facing products is highly valued.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment.Strong technical background with troubleshooting, analytical, and data skills.Familiarity with AWS services or similar, active SQL skill set, experience with release management toolset, and service reporting tools (Datadog or similar).Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong partnerships with engineering, QA, and customer-facing teams.Demonstrated experience participating in change management and incident response processes.Payments experience is highly valued but not required.BenefitsFamiliarity with Hubspot, Jira, AWS, Typescript, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Datadog, and Sentry.Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge technology stack.Chance to be part of a high-performing team.OthersWe monitor our products using various tools and dashboardings.
