We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales within the Indian market. This role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential customers through calls, emails, and online research.
- Maintain and update a database of prospective clients.
- Conduct outbound calls to explain products/services to potential customers.
- Engage with inbound inquiries, converting them into qualified leads or sales.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Address customer queries and provide solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a domestic process.
- Fresher with excellent communication skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
