Lead Brand VisualizerWe're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to spearhead the development of visually appealing brand communication across multiple channels.This role involves creating impactful design for sales enablement, consumer-facing communication, employer branding, digital screens, and print materials.The ideal candidate has strong visual storytelling skills, excellent command of design tools, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative assets.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Developing engaging B2B sales collateral, including brochures, case studies, and factsheets.Creating B2C consumer-facing materials such as posters, standees, digital display content, app banners, landing pages, and promotional creatives.Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing and communication assets.Designing creative assets for internal communication, employer branding campaigns, and culture initiatives.Developing branded content, including newsletters (NLs), EDMs, event marketing collateral, and social media creatives.Designing print-ready artwork for physical assets, such as standees, banners, event materials, packaging, and signage.To succeed in this role, you'll need:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)Strong understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.4–6 years of professional design experience, preferably in a food-tech environment.Experience with UI/UX design and tools such as Figma (a plus).You'll thrive in this role if you're a creative problem-solver who can align business and brand objectives.
