OSF is seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team and lead our financial planning and analysis efforts. This role requires a hands-on approach to manage the company's comprehensive financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The successful candidate will possess exceptional financial modelling, reporting, and presentation skills, along with proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
Job Role: - Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Job Location: - India (Remote)
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility on preparing and managing budgeting and rolling forecasting and planning activities, including weekly forecasting, monthly forecasts, and annual plans. Working with Operations, Business Units and other departments to ensure key KPI's around utilization, staffing, headcount, and other variables that would drive accurate and timely forecasting. Lead and work closely with Business Unit Finance analysts to consolidate regional insights and present financial performance metrics on a global basis timely. Coordinate closely with Controllership and other business operations team to manage the monthly close and conduct monthly & quarterly results analysis of business performance. Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports for senior management, providing clear insights into the company's financial status and performance. Responsible for preparing and maintaining standard operating cadence on financial deliverables to the Board, other external stakeholders including lenders etc., Help identify operational improvements; Leverage Vena (FP&A tool) to build or enhance reporting and dashboards, trend analysis and provide thoughtful, relevant and insightful information for key decision making
Requirements
Competencies
Expertise in using Excel is a must; experience with NetSuite and Vena is a plus. Best-in-class modelling, reporting, and presentation skills. Excellent communication and social skills, including the ability to think creatively and maintain a high standard of accuracy and precision. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, prioritize items, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay flexible through growth and change. Excellent knowledge and ability to understand key drivers for revenue, cost and cash flow for a tech professional service company. An extremely hands-on approach to priorities, coupled with strong business and financial acumen, excellent analytical and strategic planning skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely. Qualifications 5+ years of experience working in fast paced tech/IT service organization in FP&A Qualified Chartered Accountant, a must. Experience in building FPA teams, processes, systems and planning from the ground up Great team player, ability to work with remote teams and ability to be an effective coach Proven ability to collaborate and effectively influence within a highly matrixed organization.
Skill Set
Qualifications 2 - 3 years of experience working in fast paced tech/IT service organization in FP&A
Qualified Chartered Accountant or CFA, a must.
Experience in building FPA teams, processes, systems and planning from the ground up
Great team player, ability to work with remote teams and ability to be an effective coach
Proven ability to collaborate and effectively influence within a highly matrixed organization.
