Job DescriptionConduct comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological conditions to determine their physical capabilities and limitations.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functional independence.Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy.Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.Educate patients and their families on the rehabilitation process, exercises, and strategies to manage their conditions.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including neurologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices in neurorehabilitation.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Work Experience Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in neurorehabilitation or a related field.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
