Synedyne Systems is seeking experienced Project Co-Ordinator/Specialist who will be working with CFT to deliver projects in line with customer requirements.Responsibilities:Responsible for the overall project delivery including initiation/planning, implementation, transition and closure.Work with the system, supply chain, Quality Assurance (QA), manufacturing engineering teams to deliver quality products on time, within budget and with the necessary features/functionalityWork to execute projects, ensuring that teams have the appropriate product and technical specifications and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines to ensure projects meet deadlinesEnsures that the product development process abides by all defined cross-functional standards, and all compliance such as Quality Management System (QMS)Identifies early and solves complex and ambiguous cross-functional integration problems leading the team to deliver team commitments.Project planning and tracking of activities/tasksEscalate and identify other routes where progress is stuckTracking and following up the action items at a project levelCollaborate with internal teams to address Project needsEffectively plan & organize work to deliver consistent resultsEnsure regular and optimal communication with all stakeholdersStake Holder ManagementTo maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues logs, and risk management plansIs expected to contribute to processes, methods and tool improvements as part of the overall continuous improvement cyclesSkills and other requirements:Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Engineering.3+ Years of experience in Project management.Knowledge on Embedded product development life cycle.Basic knowledge of project management.Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Good knowledge in MS Project.Knowledge on Agile methodology.Understanding of ASPICE processes.Ability to work with multiple teams and projects.The ability to engage, challenge and work effectively with others.For further queries related to Job posting, kindly write us at career@synedynesystems.com
