Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end execution of network, radio, and 5G projects, ensuring alignment with business

goals and timelines.

Oversee the design and implementation of large campus, city, and township networks (LAN, MAN, WAN).

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Provide hands-on technical guidance on network and security devices.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.

Mentor team members and drive best practices in project management and technical execution.

Desired Skills:

Strong knowledge of network protocols, radio communication, and 5G technologies.

Proficient in Cisco, Checkpoint, and Fortinet solutions.

Excellent project management skills with experience in managing large-scale projects.

Effective leadership and communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Academic Background – Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech).

Industry Experience – Experience with corporate and Tier-1 companies, particularly in process-oriented

environments.
