Our collection reflects sophisticated living, merging simplicity with functionality and timeless craftsmanship with innovation to transform spaces with effortless style.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Furniture Workshop Manager at GRIHOM in New Delhi.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day operations of the workshopManage carpenters, fabricators, and technicians to ensure timely productionCoordinate with design and site teams for execution requirementsEnsure quality control, safety standards, and proper use of materialsPlan workload, monitor timelines, and maintain inventoryVendor and material coordination as requiredQualificationsDiploma/Degree in Interior Design / Civil / related field (preferred)3+ years of experience in workshop management or interior productionStrong leadership and team management skillsKnowledge of furniture manufacturing, materials, and finishesAbility to manage timelines and ensure quality output
