Position Executive – Marketing

POSITION SUMMARY

Work in tandem with the larger marketing team to build awareness of brands through relevant campaigns and projects.

ESSENTIAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conceive and develop effective and intuitive marketing strategies. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures. Create awareness and assist in developing allocated brands. Maintain relations with external agencies and oversee implementation of discussed campaigns. Proofread and edit copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochure, press release,website, brand decks, newsletters). Arrange effective distribution of marketing materials across departments. Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks. Maintain website and social media pages. Coordinate any promotional activities, interviews, photoshoots and events. Assist in organizing and executing marketing forward events, conferences, and exhibitions. Monitor performance of marketing campaigns.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Reports directly to Manager - Marketing
Manages directly External Agencies, Graphic Design Associate

PREREQUISITES

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management or Communication 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, lifestyle, FMCG or events

EXPERIENCE:

Proven experience as a marketing executive or a similar role 

KNOWLEDGE

A good understanding of the Digital Ecosystem and current marketing trends Proficient in MS Office, Canva and CRM

SKILLS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management and multi-tasking skills Flexibility and willingness to learn Strong organization and time management abilities
