Finance ManagerThe position of Finance Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.This includes leading the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.Developing and maintaining robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.Preparing monthly and quarterly management reports with insights and variance analyses.Overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation activities.Managing financial audits, tax filings, regulatory submissions, and compliance with relevant jurisdictions.SUPPORTING STRATEGIC DECISION-MAKING THROUGH FINANCIAL MODELING, SCENARIO ANALYSIS, AND BUSINESS CASE DEVELOPMENT.Partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to monitor performance and optimize financial efficiency.Evaluating cost structures, pricing strategies, and profitability across programs.Implementing financial systems, dashboards, and automation to enhance operational efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
