And with biosolutions, the possibilities for transformation are endless.We're here to better our world with biology.`Packaging Design & DevelopmentDesign and develop innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective packaging solutions for bio-agriculture products (liquids, powders, granules, etc.)Ensure packaging compatibility with product formulations and environmental conditionsDevelop and validate packaging specifications and conduct performance testingArtwork & Regulatory ComplianceLead artwork development and approval processes in coordination with marketing, regulatory, and legal teamsEnsure packaging artwork complies with local and international regulatory standards (e.g., FCO, CIBRC, etc.)Maintain version control and documentation for all packaging artworksSupplier & Vendor ManagementCollaborate with packaging material suppliers for development, quality assurance, and timely deliveryEvaluate and onboard new suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability standardsInventory ManagementMonitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM)Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or excessPlanning & ForecastingWork closely with production, supply chain, and sales teams to forecast packaging material requirementsSupport monthly and annual planning cycles with accurate data and insightsTo succeed, you must hold:Bachelor's/Master's in Packaging Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in packaging development (Bio-Agriculture/Agrochemical preferred)Strong knowledge of packaging materials (HDPE, PET, laminates) & printing technologiesFamiliarity with agrochemical packaging regulatory requirementsProficient in ERP systems (SAP), artwork tools, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skillsSelf-starter with problem-solving ability, LEAN concepts, and process improvement mindsetAbility to influence management and collaborate with global teams.Location: This job will be located at Vadodara, IndiaCould our purpose be yours?
