Job OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Growth Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 0-2 years of experience in driving growth initiatives, ideally within a fast-paced startup or technology environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and scaling new opportunities, optimizing existing channels, and driving rapid experimentation.This role requires strong analytical skills, including knowledge of web analytics and basic statistical concepts related to A/B testing.A key aspect of this role is the ability to articulate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.In return, we offer hands-on experience in a rapidly growing ed-tech company with a global impact, mentorship from experienced professionals, and the opportunity to work on meaningful projects and make a real impact.About Our CompanyOur company was founded in 2021 and has since become a leading tutoring marketplace, connecting students with expert-vetted private tutors across 350+ subjects in 180 countries.We have a network of over 5,000 tutors, offering personalized 1-on-1 lessons to help students achieve their learning goals.More than 20,000 students globally have used our platform to find tutors for academic support, coding, homework help, language learning, music, AI skills development, and more.Your Key ResponsibilitiesNew Growth ChannelsResearch and test new user acquisition channels.Run pilot programs with defined metrics.Recommend channels to scale or drop based on data.Funnel Optimization (Existing Channels)Audit and improve PPC, SEO, Social, and Affiliate funnels.Drive ongoing CRO for landing pages and key flows.Partner with Marketing/Product to boost efficiency and LTV/CAC.ExperimentationMaintain a prioritized A/B testing pipeline across channels and funnels.Execute experiments using testing tools.Document hypotheses, results, and insights.Data & ReportingOwn tracking setup and data accuracy.Build dashboards and deliver regular KPI reports (CAC, LTV, conversions).Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and bottlenecks.Your QualificationsExperience0-2 years of hands-on experience driving growth initiatives.EducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a highly analytical field.SkillsStrong foundational knowledge of setting up, reading, and troubleshooting web analytics.Comfortable with spreadsheet analysis and basic statistical concepts related to A/B testing.MindsetHighly curious and relentless desire to test and learn.Strong sense of ownership.CommunicationExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
