We are currently looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Lead to lead our end-to-end Oracle Cloud projects. The ideal candidate will have strong implementation and integration expertise, as well as hands-on experience in leading teams and managing customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:Develop business intelligence reports based on business requirements using BI Publisher and OTBI toolsGather technical requirements, estimate effort and document technical specificationsEnsure timely project delivery and manage stakeholder expectationsAnalyze, design, test, implement and provide post-go-live support for Oracle Cloud applications (AIMS/OUM)Execute proof-of-concepts and guide development teamsDesign and develop integrations in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) using REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI and XSLT mappingsManage high-volume real-time integrations between Oracle Fusion and downstream applicationsUse Fusion REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, BICC, BI Publisher, OTBI for data extractionCustomize business intelligence reports, bursting and output documents using BI Publisher and UCMBuild PL/SQL packages and functions, and customize standard Fusion reportsWork with Autonomous Database and DBaaSBuild custom enterprise scheduling jobs and support complex customizationsRequirements:8+ years of experience in Oracle CloudStrong SQL, PL/SQL and BI Publisher skillsHands-on experience in OIC integration (Gen2/Gen3)Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud/HCM Cloud technical expertiseMinimum 3 full-cycle implementations in ERP/HCMProven Technical Lead experience: planning, estimation, guiding teamsStrong knowledge of business intelligence tools, enterprise scheduling jobs and Fusion APIsExcellent communication and multitasking skillsStrong troubleshooting and solution design capabilities
