Role Description

Position: Executive Assistant

Location: Mylapore, Chennai


Key Responsibilities:


1. Provide all administrative support to the office

  • External correspondence & communication and manage all support staff.
  • Coordinating logistics for travel/programs, including air travel, ground transport & hotels.
  • Fix schedules for meetings and calls.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports. Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes.
  • Ensuring phone, internet, water-tax, property- tax and other regular payments are made on time.
  • Maintenance of statutory compliance chart and follow-up
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.
  • Digitize and filing documentation and other compliance work
  • Provide support on special projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Make call to get business leads.


2. Manage and Update Accounts for the office.

  • Coordinate as required with the CA and keep all information in easy to access & use formats
  • Follow-up as required with organizers and vendors for complete documentation
  • Liaise with the Bank/government officials /department officials for procedures and documentation as necessary
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.


3.Skills & Competencies

  • Familiarity and ease of working with technology
  • Fluency in Word, Excel – PowerPoint and tally will be useful, though not essential
  • Good and clear communication in English, Tamil and Hindi ( if possible)
  • Ability and confidence to work independently with guidance
  • Punctual, responsible & reliable
  • Initiative to address opportunities and find solutions to problems


Working days - 6 days a week, timings 9:00AM - 5:00PM
