Looking for Project Manager who is expert in all types of project deliveries such as waterfall, agile and managed support/ services. S/he would lead and coordinate a project team’s overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables. Our clients rely on timely and efficient status reports, and as Project Manager, you will drive the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management. A suitable candidate is one who has been a part of the journey of an organization growth from 100 to 500 people strength and who has knowledge of the right processes and the right mindset to setup these processes to make this growth achievable. Further a right candidate would be is someone who can interact/deal with multiple customer interactions to set the right impression of enreap for 3-4 ongoing projects having duration ranging from 2-3 months to multi year contracts and who is able to maintain the delivery metrics and delivery escalations.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who is an expert in agile, waterfall, managed support, managed services, and solution construction and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing service-based projects, driving high customer satisfaction, and ensuring effective service delivery. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, client engagement, and maintaining high-quality standards in service delivery.


Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Delivery Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of managed support and services projects.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, budget, and quality measures.

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Client Engagement and Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during managed services engagements.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs, set expectations, and manage service delivery.

Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to discuss project progress, deliverables, and address any issues or escalations.

Service Operations and Team Leadership:

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of managed services, including technical support, maintenance, and enhancements.

Drive the development of service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring efficient problem resolution and continuous improvement of service processes.

Risk and Quality Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

Monitor project health, proactively identifying variances from plan and taking corrective action.

Ensure quality standards are met throughout project execution, delivering high client satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement and Best Practices:

Implement best practices for service delivery, project management, and support.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and work towards increasing the efficiency of the managed services model.

Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with significant experience managing managed support and managed services projects.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of managed services, support processes, SLAs, and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices is preferred.
  • Certifications:
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
  • ITIL certification (preferred).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.


Experience with Implementation Methodologies, ITIL is a plus
