This role involves leading visual art initiatives for instant game projects. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing creatively and technically across projects.Key Responsibilities:Create sketches, digital artwork, matte paintings, and concept art based on game design and application requirements.Interpret and execute art requirements in alignment with established development processes.Participate in design handoffs, developer transitions, and quality assurance reviews.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and deliver solutions aligned with project goals.Identify quality issues and contribute to improving systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures.Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and training to junior game artists.Guide, coach, and allocate tasks to junior team members.Continuously build product and domain knowledge and act as a subject matter expert (SME) within the art function.The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, and the ability to visualize and communicate gameplay mechanics through storyboarding.
