Build a Real Product from ScratchWe are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our growing technical team.You will work directly with the founder and engineering partners to build scalable APIs, real-time systems, and backend architecture for a next-generation ride mobility platform focused on safe, insured, and affordable rides across India.Your responsibilities will include:Designing, developing, and maintaining backend servicesBuilding APIs for drivers, users, rides, payments, tracking, etc.Implementing real-time communication (WebSockets / Socket.IO)Managing database structure (MySQL / PostgreSQL)Integrating OTP/Auth, booking engine, safety featuresWriting clean and optimized codeTroubleshooting and improving system performanceRequirements:Strong hands-on experience with Node.js / Express / NestJSStrong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScriptExperience with SQL DatabasesExperience building REST APIsUnderstanding of real-time systems (Socket.IO preferred)Experience integrating 3rd-party services (SMS, payment, maps, etc.)Problem-solving and debugging skills1–3 years of backend development experience (freshers with strong skills can apply)Bonus Points:Experience with AWS / Linux serversExperience in mobility, ride-sharing, or real-time appsKnowledge of Git & version controlWhy Choose Us?Fast growth opportunityStartup culture + freedom to create
