As a rapidly growing organization, we are seeking an ambitious Training & Development Professional to lead the design and delivery of impactful learning programs across our global team.The RoleWe're looking for a results-driven specialist who can proactively identify business needs and develop targeted training solutions that strengthen employee performance and productivity.ResponsibilitiesLead comprehensive training initiatives from conception to execution, achieving measurable improvements in performance and productivity.Author and maintain engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions, with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.Analyze skill gaps and business priorities to develop targeted learning interventions that address performance barriers.Build and implement post-training evaluations and reinforcement micro-learnings to ensure knowledge retention and consistent on-the-job application.Own and continuously improve key KPIs, including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up time, training completion rates, and measurable performance improvements.Develop and scale career development pathways that accelerate internal mobility and strengthen leadership and functional talent pipelines.Partner with business leaders to ensure all learning initiatives are strategically aligned with department goals, driving both capability building and business impact.Requirements:8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.Strong expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies; relevant certification preferred.Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).Demonstrated success in delivering and scaling learning programs that drive measurable skill development and business impact.Ability to comprehend complex information and translate it into clear, effective training content.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Why Join?A competitive compensation package.Make a direct impact in accelerating science research and education.Opportunity to work with global teams and in an innovative environment.Clear path to advance your career.
