Process Improvement SpecialistThis role is centered around driving operational efficiency and system enhancements across key business domains—Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, and Fulfillment.The ideal candidate has a strong functional consulting background, with the ability to analyze and document requirements, translate them into process configurations and workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize end-to-end operations.Partner with Finance leadership to design and implement process improvements in areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.Collaborate with Procurement to enhance supplier onboarding, sourcing, contract management, and purchasing workflows.Work with Customer Service leaders to refine sales order processing, customer interactions, and case management workflows.Key Responsibilities Include:Documentation of Business Requirements and Mapping to Functional CapabilitiesManage Process Configurations, Testing, and UAT for Enhancements, Integrations, and UpgradesDrive Continuous Improvement Initiatives to Support Operational Excellence
