Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Integration Engineer to lead the design and implementation of scalable integration frameworks.This role will architect high-volume flows supporting revenue workflows, including lead routing, call dispositions, and Sales/Recruiting processes.The successful candidate will partner with Admin/IT teams to manage schema changes, automation governance, and system updates.Troubleshooting MCAE connector performance, campaign influence tracking, scoring models, and CRM alignment will also be a key responsibility.In this technical owner role, you will drive the full lifecycle from design to implementation to ongoing optimization, leading incident response, mentoring junior engineers, and partnering cross-functionally to align systems with revenue operations strategy.Key Responsibilities:Architect scalable integration patterns while ensuring governance, observability, and operational reliability at enterprise scale.Design high-volume flows supporting CTI-to-CRM routing, lead ingestion, recruiter activity synchronization, and revenue workflows.Establish and govern integration standards, naming conventions, version control practices, and deployment protocols.Define and maintain Salesforce revenue lifecycle processes, including lead routing, call dispositions, and Sales/Recruiting workflows.Requirements:Proven experience in architecting scalable integration frameworks using tools like Workato or MuleSoft.Strong understanding of integration standards, naming conventions, version control practices, and deployment protocols.Ability to design and implement high-volume flows supporting revenue workflows, including lead routing, call dispositions, and Sales/Recruiting processes.Excellent troubleshooting skills, particularly in resolving MCAE connector performance issues, campaign influence tracking, scoring models, and CRM alignment.Strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring junior engineers and driving technical projects forward.Benefits:This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of integration projects, from designing scalable frameworks to implementing revenue workflows.You will have the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Admin/IT, to ensure seamless system updates and automation governance.A competitive salary package, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
