Position : Architectural 3D Visualizer (Contract Basis)

 

Pay Range : 3.5Lpa to 6.0Lpa

 

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

 

Job Brief:

We are looking for an Architectural 3D Visualizer (contract basis) to produce high-quality photorealistic architectural renderings - a self-motivated individual capable of delivering high-quality projects on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities :

●     Create accurate architectural 3d models of project buildings, surroundings & environment.

●     Create Architectural renderings and animations for Exterior and Interior projects.

●     Maintain productivity and quality targets.

●     Work with team on projects and ensure that they are produced on time.

●     Follow design guidelines, asset naming conventions.

●     Keep abreast with the latest developments in 3D design, capture, and modeling tools and technologies.

●     Maintain log time every day (how much time was spent on a particular project)

●     Deliver work in alignment with company and regulatory standards, ensuring quality and accuracy.


Qualification Requirements:

●     Bachelor’s Degree in 3D Visualization or equivalent.

●     2 to 4 years of experience in Architectural Visualization


Other Requirements:

●     Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

●     Must have excellent proficiency and speed in 3d modeling, materials, lighting, and rendering.

●     Must have excellent proficiency in post-production for still images including matte painting.

●     Must have very good knowledge of Architectural design principles.

●     Should have very good organizational skills.

●     A team player with the ability to manage tight deadlines and work flexibly.

●     Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office. Experience with design automation is an advantage.
