About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Oracle Hyperion Financial Management Technical Consultant with a solid understanding of both technical configuration and functional financial processes.Design, build, and configure Oracle HFM applications, including metadata, rules, data forms, and reports. This involves leveraging expertise in metadata management, rule-based systems, and data visualization to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.Develop and maintain HFM integration with source systems (FDMEE, ODI, etc.). This includes designing, testing, and deploying integrations that ensure seamless data flow between systems.Perform data load automation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to optimize system performance and efficiency.Collaborate with finance teams to understand consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and financial close processes. This involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement process improvements.Implement and support HFM workflows, consolidation rules, and reporting hierarchies. This includes developing custom scripts, rules files, and calculation logic to support business needs.Provide production support, enhancements, and upgrades for HFM and related EPM components. This involves troubleshooting issues, implementing fixes, and ensuring system stability.Document system design, configurations, and support procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.Partner with functional finance users to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
