Role:


We are seeking a dynamic PR expert who would help us craft, define, and elevate our narrative as a leading fintech company transforming India’s digital payments landscape. In this role, you will leverage your media relationships, research expertise, and exceptional writing and storytelling skills to amplify our brand presence. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Narrative Development: Collaborate with in-house teams to establish compelling narratives and thought leadership within the fintech and startup sectors.
  • Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with critical media outlets to enhance brand visibility across various platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute innovative PR campaigns that communicate our brand story and values.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with teams across product, product marketing, engineering, and marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay informed about the evolving landscape of PR, media and competition to put together research and analysis documents.


What Makes You A Great Fit:


  • Proven experience in public relations, preferably within the fintech or startup sectors (5-6 years of experience)
  • Good research capabilities to support narrative development and campaign execution.
  • Experience working in start-up/technology sector (experience in BFSI/Fintech is a plus)
  • Creative thinker with a track record of successful PR campaigns.
  • Stakeholder management experience is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing media landscapes.
