About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our Customer Data Platform (CDP) team. This role offers a strong foundation for a career in MarTech, data engineering, and analytics. You will work with industry-leading marketing technology (MarTech) tools, manage large-scale customer data, and contribute to creating actionable insights for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and work with MarTech tools used for customer engagement and CDP integration.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to the customer data lifecycle—collection, validation, preparation, and management.
  • Apply SQL fundamentals for querying, validating, and transforming datasets.
  • Perform data research to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytics.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify business trends, behavioral patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools) to communicate insights effectively.
  • Support data integration projects with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with global teams across time zones, handling communication and deliverables professionally.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous learning, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, and analytics concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Effective team player with collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to relocate to Noida.
  • Comfortable with flexible working shifts.
