Role Description

This is a full-time Executive Recruiter role based in Pune. As an Executive Recruiter at Spacewalk, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for all positions through the given platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting interviews, networking with potential candidates, and coordinating the hiring process.


Qualifications

  • Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, and Interviewing skills
  • Knowledge of Executive Search and Headhunting techniques
  • Experience in Candidate Assessment and Evaluation
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
