Hardware Asset Lifecycle ManagementAttributed to the dynamism of modern technology, hardware asset lifecycle management has become a crucial aspect of any organization's operational strategy. The role of an asset manager encompasses various functions that facilitate the efficient use and maintenance of physical assets throughout their life cycle.Key Responsibilities:Hardware Asset Acquisition: Procure, deploy, and manage all types of hardware assets including endpoints, infrastructure, and cloud resources in compliance with organizational policies and ITIL standards.ServiceNow HAM Pro Operations: Design, implement, and optimize asset management processes using ServiceNow's IT Asset Management suite.Data Quality & Reconciliation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hardware assets across CMDB, Discovery, and HAM Pro while ensuring data consistency.Operational Playbooks & Governance: Develop, implement, and enforce standardized operational playbooks for asset tracking, assignment, and reclamation workflows.Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Foster collaboration among teams and stakeholders to drive process automation and optimize asset management strategies.Required Skills & Qualifications:IT Asset Management (ITAM) Expertise: 5+ years of experience in ITAM with a focus on Hardware Asset Management.ServiceNow HAM Pro Proficiency: Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro and HAM Workspace.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Asset-CI synchronization, as well as familiarity with CSDM, ITIL v4, and ServiceNow ITAM best practices.Analytical & Communication Skills: Excellent analytical skills for data monitoring and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.Prioritization Certifications: Prioritization qualifications include ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), and ITIL 4 Foundation Certification.Benefits:Competitive remuneration commensurate with your experience, offering a salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year in USD, depending on location and required skill set.OthersThis role presents an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and collaborative spirit to drive process innovation and excellence in hardware asset lifecycle management.
