We are seeking a seasoned Data Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of enterprise data analytics solutions.Responsibilities include:Developing end-to-end data architectures for large-scale education platforms.Leading the design and implementation of robust ETL pipelines and orchestration frameworks.Designing and optimizing data warehouses/data lakes with schema strategy, partitioning, performance, and cost in mind.Driving integration patterns and APIs for interoperability and vendor/partner integrations.Establishing data governance practices suitable for student data.Collaborating with product managers, engineering leads, data scientists, and customer success teams.The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or architecture roles with progressive ownership. They should be hands-on with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and have experience building and operating ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration frameworks. Additionally, they should have strong knowledge of data security, privacy, and governance frameworks.Key skills include:Data modeling (dimensional/3NF), master data management, schema design, and query performance optimization.Experience with streaming technologies and hybrid batch/streaming patterns.Familiarity with BI/analytics tooling and self-service analytics.Strong API and integration experience.Excellent communication skills.Prior experience in EdTech, education data projects, or working with school/district customers is a plus. The ideal candidate will also have experience building or operating AI/ML pipelines and MLOps for predictive analytics.
