We Are Seeking a Seasoned Web Designer & DeveloperThe ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining our high-end real estate landing pages, project microsites, and company website. This role requires someone who can blend aesthetics, performance, and user experience into a premium interface that reflects our luxury brand identity.Design and develop a modern, responsive, premium websiteCreate project-specific landing pages, portfolio sections, and enquiry funnelsBuild visually rich UI components inspired by luxury real-estate global brandsConduct research to understand user behavior and design intuitive UX flowsEnsure fast performance, SEO-friendly structure, and mobile optimisationIntegrate features like lead forms, CRM integration, project showcase galleries, before/after sliders, 3D render sections, interactive site progress updates, and work with the branding team to maintain consistent color palette, fonts & layoutsManage regular updates, maintenance, bug fixes, and improvementsRequirements:Proven experience in Website Design + Development (portfolio required)Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user psychology, and digital journeysExpertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress / Webflow / React, Figma / Adobe XD for UI/UX, and landing page optimisation toolsAble to convert architectural 3D renders, plans, and brochures into elegant online pagesStrong sense of luxury design aestheticsAble to work independently and deliver to deadlinesPrior experience designing for premium brands / real estate / architecture is an assetPreferred Qualities:Minimalistic but premium UI design approachStrong understanding of SEO basicsCreative thinker with problem-solving mindsetAble to design smooth animations, transitions, micro-interactionsComfortable with A/B testing and improving conversion ratesAble to propose innovative website features that elevate user engagementBenefits:Growth opportunity to lead future digital expansion projectsThis is a contract-based position offering based on experience and capability.
