About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Programmatic Media Manager to oversee both the business and technical aspects of partner account management. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring seamless communication, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing performance to drive mutual success.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management with Supply-Side Platforms– Build and maintain strong relationships with SSPs, ensuring their needs are met and performance goals are achieved.
- Technical Support & Optimization – Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to programmatic advertising, integrations, and data discrepancies.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Use Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and basic SQL queries to analyze campaign performance and generate insights.
- Partner metrics: Monitor daily performance against key metrics to identify opportunities and anomalies
- Collaboration with Internal Teams – Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to escalate technical issues and drive solutions.
- Proactive Problem Solving – Identify and address potential challenges before they impact business performance.
- Process Improvement – Suggest and implement best practices to enhance account management efficiency and operational workflows.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in the AdTech industry, preferably in account management, operations, or technical support.
- Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain adtech concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
- Understanding of Adtech and Programmatic landscape
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, basic formulas) for data analysis.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail in managing partner relationships and technical troubleshooting.
- English at a proficient level
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms (SSPs, DSPs, ad servers).
- Understanding of digital advertising metrics and performance optimization.
- Understanding of mobile attribution
- Basic knowledge of SQL (writing simple queries to retrieve data) and comfortable working with large data sets
