DevOps Engineer PositionWe are seeking an experienced DevOps engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure and applications.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Monitoring: Monitor CPU, Memory, Disk, Network utilization for Linux/Windows servers. Track RDS metrics: CPU utilization, Connections, IOPS, Free Storage, Latency, Deadlocks, Query performance.Incident Management: Respond to alerts during night shift and perform first-level troubleshooting. Restart services, check logs, validate connectivity, and apply temporary fixes where required.Performance Analysis: Analyze resource spikes, slow queries, or abnormal behavior. Perform trend analysis and share daily performance reports. Recommend optimization (instance resize, storage upgrade, index suggestions).RequirementsAWS Experience: Experience with AWS RDS (MySQL/PostgreSQL/SQL Server). Knowledge of CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, Nagios, Zabbix, or similar tools.Technical Skills: Basic SQL knowledge for checking performance (slow queries, locks, status). Strong understanding of Linux/Windows server administration basics.Soft Skills: Experience in incident management and ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow). Good communication skills for handover & escalation.
