EDI Solution ManagerThe role of an EDI Implementer is pivotal in driving the growth and sustenance of electronic solutions and EDI capabilities within an organization. This position demands technical proficiency, project management, and collaboration to implement, manage, and optimize EDI systems and workflows.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the setup, maintenance, and configuration of partner integrations.Monitor system performance to ensure optimal execution.Implement EDI standards and new transaction types based on business and partner requirements.Evaluate EDI processes for opportunities to improve data flows and increase efficiency.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of EDI standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT, XML) and communication protocols (e.g., AS2, FTP, SFTP). They must possess problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and be able to meet project timelines. At least 3 years of experience implementing and supporting EDI solutions is required, including working with warehouse and logistics transactions.EDIs are used extensively in various industries such as retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and more. A successful EDI Implementer will have a good understanding of these industries and their unique EDI requirements.Responsibilities may include:Developing and maintaining relationships with partners and suppliers.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of EDI systems.Analyzing business requirements and recommending EDI solutions to meet those needs.As an EDI Implementer, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, develop your technical skills, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
