Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Technical Lead to join our team. This role requires a strong technical background, with expertise in implementation and integration.Develop BI Publisher and OTBI reports based on business requirements.Work on requirement gathering, effort estimation, and documentation of technical specifications.Ensure timely delivery and manage customer expectations.Perform analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support (AIMS/OUM).Execute proof-of-concepts and guide development teams.Design and develop integrations in OIC (Gen2/Gen3) using REST/SOAP, FBDI, XSLT mappings.Manage high-volume real-time integrations between Oracle Fusion and downstream applications.The ideal candidate must have 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud, strong SQL, PL/SQL, and BI Publisher expertise, hands-on OIC integration experience (Gen2/Gen3), Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud/HCM Cloud technical experience, and proven technical lead experience planning, estimating, guiding teams.
