Job Summary:

As a Growth Ops Intern, you will play an important role in supporting the growth strategies of The Test Tribe.

You will work closely with the Growth leaders at the company (including the cofounder) to assist in data-driven projects, optimize operational processes, and contribute to community engagement initiatives. We want to ensure that by the end of the internship, you’ll be on the right path towards growth leadership.

This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn about growth strategies, marketing operations, and community management in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the growth team in ideating and executing the growth team on a number of fronts
• Analyze data to provide insights into the pillars of growth marketing including but not limited to acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization
• Help identify new opportunities to drive growth and scale community outreach efforts
• Work closely with the co-founder of the biggest Software Testing community in the world

Requirements

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Fluency in English would be required since we’re an international community
• This will be a WFO role that will require you to work from the Noida office
