About the OpportunityWe are looking for a skilled professional to join our team in building innovative trading infrastructure.This role involves designing and developing Rust-based solutions for on-chain liquidity provision, automated market-making, and blockchain integration.The ideal candidate will have expertise in concurrent programming, distributed systems, and API design, as well as experience working with cryptographic primitives and web3 tooling.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement Rust-based engines for automated liquidity provision, price quoting, and range management.Develop systems that update LP positions dynamically using volatility signals, price feeds, and inventory conditions.Integrate with concentrated-liquidity DEXs (AMM/CLMM pools).RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Strong proficiency in Rust, async programming, and systems-level development.Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, especially state management and transaction life cycles.Experience integrating with Decentralized Exchanges (DEXs).Understanding of AMM models, CLMM (v3-style) mechanics, liquidity ticks, and impermanent loss.Strong engineering foundations: concurrency, distributed systems, API design.Comfort working with cryptographic primitives, RPC nodes, and web3 tooling.BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge blockchain ecosystems.
