The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in React.js and Next.js, with a proven track record of delivering modern, performant, and accessible front-end interfaces for web applications that support federal compliance systems.Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js, focusing on scalability, speed, and accessibility.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and backend developers, to deliver seamless user experiences.Design and implement efficient data structures and algorithms to optimize application performance.Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that is easy to maintain and extend.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.
