The successful candidate will also be responsible for publishing cutting-edge AI research papers, experimenting with emerging architectures, tools, and scaling strategies, and owning R&D initiatives end-to-end.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and fine-tune complex AI models using transformer architectures.Work with various data modalities, including audio, video, and text, with expertise in at least one.Publish high-quality AI research papers in leading journals and conferences.Experiment with new AI technologies, tools, and techniques to drive innovation.Lead research and development initiatives from start to finish.RequirementsProven expertise in transformer architectures, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and other relevant tools.Deep knowledge of transformers, training dynamics, and optimization.Ability to design and implement automated evaluation metrics for generative output.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
