We are seeking a highly accomplished and experienced Motion Design Director to lead our team of motion designers, animators, and editors. This role combines creative vision with technical leadership, ensuring the highest level of quality in motion graphics, CGI, and post-production.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in storytelling, visual effects, and color grading, with expertise in industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, and DaVinci Resolve.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end motion design pipeline, from concept to final delivery.Drive excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across deliverables.Requirements:15+ years of experience in motion graphics, post-production, VFX, and CGI, preferably within large advertising, film, or creative-production environments.Deep hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, lighting, camera, and timing.Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for video enhancement, rotoscoping, and content generation.Proven experience leading teams delivering broadcast, digital, and short-form video content at scale.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in studio setup, pipeline design, and workflow automation for motion/VFX.Exposure to AR/VR, 3D visualization, or immersive content creation.Knowledge of scripting or plug-in integration for efficiency.Experience in color management workflows (ACES, HDR, LUTs).Prior leadership in a creative production, post house, or integrated agency environment.We offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
