We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. This position is open for both full-time and internship candidates. Interns will undergo a performance-based evaluation during the internship period, and high-performing interns may be considered for full-time conversion based on skills, consistency, and overall contribution. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Conceptualize and create visually compelling digital and print assets, including social media creatives, presentations, infographics, banners, and brand collateral Ensure creative consistency across all visual content while aligning with the brand's design language and communication goals Optimize visual content for various digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to ensure maximum audience engagement and reach. Video Editing: Edit, produce, and deliver high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, events, testimonials, reels, product showcases, and other multimedia initiatives Stay up to date with evolving design trends, visual technologies, and multimedia storytelling techniques Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality standards Required Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign) Familiarity with tools like Figma or Final Cut Pro is a plus Strong visual design fundamentals: typography, layout, composition, and color theory Solid grasp of motion graphics, visual storytelling, and branding Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to take ownership of creative projects, work autonomously, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment A compelling portfolio showcasing diverse design and video editing work is mandatory What We Offer: Professional growth and learning opportunities Exposure to diverse projects across multiple platforms Work with a passionate, mission-driven team Performance-based full-time conversion opportunity for interns Employment Details: Experience Required: 0-2 Years Position: Full-Time Employment Status: Full-Time Priority: High Also Open For: Internship candidates with performance-based evaluation Application Process: Interested candidates must submit: Updated resume/CV Portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work (Mandatory) Brief cover letter explaining your interest in the role
