Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, with experience in preparing client profiles, understanding business models, and creating comprehensive financial reports.The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with clients to understand their financial needs, preparing detailed financial data, and creating business summaries for banker presentations.The role involves working on various projects, including project finance proposals, Lease Rental Discounting (LRD), and Real Estate project funding proposals.You will work closely with banks, NBFCs, and clients to obtain pending documents, resolve queries, and ensure timely sanction and disbursement.In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and follow-up discipline, as well as the ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and high responsiveness in multi-case handling.Required Skills and Qualifications:Excellent command over financial analysis, project finance, and ratio calculations.Working knowledge of Excel, Tally, and MS Word.Strong understanding of banking norms and credit appraisal processes.Good communication and follow-up discipline.Benefits:A competitive salary packageOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentA collaborative and dynamic work environmentOthers:We offer a range of benefits to support your well-being and career goals.
