Expert Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Solution Architect

Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 Functional ConsultantRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Dynamics solutions across the project life cycle, from requirements gathering to go-live and ongoing support.Provide expert guidance and support to business usersContribute towards solution design and developmentAssist with configuration and data migrationTroubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutionsKey Responsibilities:Support the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across all countries in our groupSupport business users with their day-to-day D365 F&O tasks and responsibilitiesUnderstand the functional capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionalityIdentify customer requirements and match them with D365 F&O capabilitiesDevelop creative workarounds to meet requirements without customizationsAnalyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvementStay up-to-date with Microsoft's continuous release plans and recommend new functionality when availableRequired Skills and Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you will require:Deep functional knowledge of D365 F&O Finance module & Project Management and Accounting (PMA)Ability to apply functional knowledge to practical scenariosExperience with customized solutions to complex business problemsExcellent communication skills for global collaborationDemonstrable consultancy experienceStrong working knowledge of business processes and ER frameworkA logical approach to problem-solving and introducing change into operational systemsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyExcellent attention to detailSkills Required:In addition to the above qualifications, you will also need:Relevant Microsoft certificationAt least 5 years' experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance ConsultantPMA Module implementation and support experienceFluent English language skillsExcellent documentation and communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsQualified Accountant or MBA (Finance) desirableBenefits:Our organization offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:Matching contribution provident fundGratuityFlexible tax-saving benefitsHealthcareAttractive insurance benefitsWhy Choose Us?As a leading technology solutions partner, we pride ourselves on our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
