Job Profile:We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead the development of compliant and compelling technical proposal content.The successful candidate will have extensive experience in translating technical solutions into a clear and concise story that highlights our value proposition while keeping the customer's challenges and needs at the heart of our proposals.Responsible for leading development of compliant, compelling technical proposal content that clearly executes on the strategic response plan with an emphasis on customer insight through research.Will perform duties in close collaboration with the Capture Lead, Proposal Manager, Account Team, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Solution Architects (SAs), and other authors.Key Responsibilities:Facilitates meetings with SMEs/SAs to capture solution information for development of compliant proposal sections and takes ownership of crafting the Technical Approach. Conducts interviews with SMEs/SAs to translate technical solution ideas into easily understood terms in the written response. Manages content development to meet color review expectations and executes quality control functions for compliance with RFx and proposal design standards.Essential Skills:The ideal candidate should possess strong written communication skills, extensive experience in technical writing, and excellent research skills to gather customer insights.
